IT Support Staff Vacancy

A fast growing and expanding PMA Injection Molding Company located in Cikarang, Bekasi, is seeking for energetic, dynamic and aggressive people who are highly qualified candidates for their operations: IT Support Staff

Requirements :

* Male, max 30 years old
* Diploma/Degree in Mgmt Information System/Information Technology/Programming
* Min 2-3 years experience in office IT management
* Strong knowledge of office IT infrastructure, server and client administration & configuration
* Familiar with Windows Operating Systems (e.g. Windows 2003 server, Windows 2000 server, Windows NT4 server, Windows XP Pro, Windows 98 etc)
* Required skill(s): MS Office, Open Office, VBScript, Java language, Linux, Ms SQL, Norton Antivirus, Firewall, MDaemons or equivalent mail router software, php.
* Able to make & manage system documentations and inventories
* Team player and able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
* Must be conscientious, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
* Must be able to work under stress and meet time deadlines
* Have good management & coordination skills
* Possess own transport
* Domicile in Cikarang area

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and set-up support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and servers in the company
* Manage local area network LAN and internet support
* Provide support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users
* Involved in the company new system implementation as well as provide user training to the end-user
* Provide support for in-house application system and software upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems
